I didn’t just study stress and anxiety, I lived it, led through it, and learned how to rise above it. Here's how that journey led me to help others do the same.
My journey to becoming a life coach and earning a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with NLP began long before I ever stepped into this field. Years ago, I was a healthcare entrepreneur, running a thriving nursing agency and home healthcare business in New York and New Jersey with over $28 million in annual revenue. We employed thousands of nurses and aides, collaborating closely with hospitals, patients, and families.
Stress and anxiety were constant companions. With lives on the line and decisions needing to be made around the clock, the pressure was immense. The healthcare world is unpredictable, conditions shift, needs evolve, and the demands never stop. I witnessed firsthand how stress impacted not just performance, but health, relationships, and quality of life.
What I realized over time is this: we can’t control the chaos around us, but we can control our inner state. Our responses. Our mindset. Our energy.
I became deeply curious about how people cope with stress and why traditional strategies often fall short. I saw how chronic anxiety and tension silently eroded well-being, leading to burnout, illness, and disconnection. And so, after selling my business and relocating to South Florida, I took a deep dive into spiritual and metaphysical studies, exploring consciousness, the mind-body connection, and the deeper purpose of our human experience.
That exploration led me to write my first book, Dream A Better Dream, followed by my second, Your GPS to Happiness, and the creation of my course Your GPS to Success. I also became a certified Canfield Success Trainer. Eventually, I found my calling in Clinical Hypnotherapy with NLP and earned my diploma through the International College for Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICCH).
Along the way, I discovered something else. I wasn’t just interested in stress and anxiety from an outside perspective. I’d lived with it myself. Like so many high achievers, I battled with high-functioning anxiety. I looked composed on the outside, but internally, I often wrestled with self-doubt and perfectionism.
Today, I’ve learned how to calm my nervous system, master my mindset, and navigate challenges with more peace and confidence. And that’s what I now help my clients do.
As a coach and practitioner of hypnotherapy, I guide people through their own storms, helping them see that the horizon is often much closer than it seems. Together, we shift their perception of past events, turning pain into power and anxiety into clarity. They stop looping in worry or rumination and learn to surrender, reframe, and receive what they truly desire. That’s how healing begins, and how a new vision takes root.
Because I’ve done the inner work myself, I help clients do the same, with consistency, compassion, and small, doable steps that lead to real transformation. They begin to feel empowered, motivated, and in charge of their future.
