I designed my coaching programs not only to guide you—but to ignite your motivation and set you in motion toward a future you may not yet be able to imagine. Using hypnotherapy and NLP, we access your deepest inner landscape—where the root of your struggles lies, but also where the answers and breakthroughs are waiting to be discovered.

Hypnosis is used with intention—to clear the weight of the past, clarify your direction forward, and align the many parts of yourself into cooperation, not conflict. It transforms internal struggles into purposeful momentum.

Learn how to access instant relief and create a calm, grounded state—so you can feel more in control, no matter what life throws your way.

Step 2: Clarity—Your Wants & Need

Get clear on what truly matters to you. By starting with the end in mind, we’ll map out a focused path forward—aligned with your values, vision, and goals.

Step 3: Clear—Shed the Story

Let go of the narratives that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll shift your focus from the past to the present—and start rewriting a story that reflects who you’re becoming.

Phase 2: Change

Step 4: Cause & Effect

Recognize how past causes shape current patterns. By understanding the link between experiences and behaviors, you can break the cycle and create intentional change.

Step 5: Certainty in Core Values

Discover the values that guide you at your core. When you understand what drives you, it becomes easier to make choices that feel right, stay true to yourself, and move forward with confidence.

Step 6: Confidence

Step into your natural confidence by embracing who you truly are. When you stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold, your self-trust grows—and so does your ability to show up fully, unapologetically you.

Reconnect with who you’re becoming and envision a version of yourself that feels aligned and empowered. By exploring, refining, and shaping this identity, you’ll create a clear and authentic path forward—guided by purpose, possibility, and intention.

Embrace every part of yourself with kindness. Through self-compassion and acceptance, you’ll quiet the inner critic, honor your growth, and build a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself.

Step 9: Consolidation & Completeness

Come home to yourself. This final step is about integrating all aspects of your growth—your identity, insights, and inner transformation—into a deep sense of wholeness, alignment, and completion.

What is Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy?

Although hypnosis has long been shrouded in mystery, it’s not strange or mystical at all. In fact, it’s a completely natural state of mind—one we’ve all experienced thousands of times. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and deep relaxation that engages both the mind and body.

Trance is often described as an altered state of consciousness, but really, we shift between states of consciousness all day long. The mindset you’re in while driving, scrolling your phone, journaling, or taking a bath—all different forms of awareness. What makes hypnosis unique is that it’s a consciously guided trance, deliberately facilitated by a trained practitioner.

Hypnotherapy uses this focused state to work with the unconscious mind—the part of us that stores patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotional responses. While the conscious mind may know what it wants, the unconscious often holds the key to why we get stuck. Hypnotherapy helps you access this deeper layer to create real, lasting change from the inside out.

What is NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)?


NLP is a powerful approach to understanding how we think, communicate, and behave. It explores the connection between our thoughts (neuro), language (linguistic), and patterns of behavior (programming) to help us shift limiting beliefs, reframe experiences, and create more empowering outcomes in life.

It helps you recognize old patterns and shift them—so you can respond to life more clearly and effectively. For example, changing how you talk to yourself in stressful moments can create a calmer, more confident mindset. Small changes in language and focus can lead to big results.

What is Hypnobirthing?


Hypnobirthing is a gentle, empowering approach to childbirth that combines breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindset tools to reduce fear and support a calmer, more confident birth. It’s about working with your body, not against it—so you can feel more in control, no matter how your birth unfolds. Research shows hypnobirthing can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions, and a more peaceful experience for both you and your baby.
