Phase 2: Change
Recognize how past causes shape current patterns. By understanding the link between experiences and behaviors, you can break the cycle and create intentional change.
Discover the values that guide you at your core. When you understand what drives you, it becomes easier to make choices that feel right, stay true to yourself, and move forward with confidence.
Step into your natural confidence by embracing who you truly are. When you stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold, your self-trust grows and so does your ability to show up fully, unapologetically you.
Phase 3: Create
