This is a structured, 10-week group program grounded in three integrated evidence-based modalities — Neuro-Somatic Dynamics™, HeartMath® Coherence Training, and NLP — delivered live on Zoom every Thursday.

This is not a support group or another webinar series. It is also not another hour of being told to practice self-care while your nervous system runs on fumes.

The program is being offered completely free to a cohort of 15–20 healthcare professionals who are currently employed and actively working in a hospital facility anywhere in the US or elsewhere in exchange for something simple: completing validated

assessments before the program begins and after it ends.

That data becomes the foundation of a formal research study on the effectiveness of integrated nervous system regulation in healthcare workforce resilience. Another requirement is to write or record a testimonial about your experience, benefits, and outcome.

Each session is structured, practical, and includes live practice of the techniques, not just theory.

Between sessions, you will be asked to practice the techniques from that week. The tools only work when you use them.

What the research requires from you

  • Complete validated before-and-after assessments which take approximately 15–20 minutes each and are the core of the research data.

  • Attend a minimum of 8 of the 10 sessions — consistent attendance is essential for the data to be meaningful.

  • Engage honestly as the research is only as valuable as the authenticity of your participation

  • All data is confidential and anonymous in the research findings
